OVERVIEW

ICT Scalper offers a 100% refund of the mentorship fee to students who complete the full 1-on-1 Mentorship program, trade strictly according to the models taught, and still lose their full account within the terms outlined below. This policy exists to hold us accountable to the quality of the education provided.

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

To qualify for a refund under this policy, ALL of the following conditions must be met:

1. Full Completion — You must complete all 20 classes of the 1-on-1 Mentorship program in full.

2. Risk Limit — Every trade must risk a maximum of 2% of your account balance. Any trade exceeding this limit is disqualified from the claim, and repeated violations may void your eligibility entirely.

3. Approved Setups Only — Only setups and models taught within the ICT Scalper Mentorship (ICT, CRT, and QT concepts as covered in the curriculum) are eligible. Trades based on outside strategies, indicators, or signals are not covered.

4. Loss Threshold — You must document a total of 50 consecutive losing trades that result in a full loss of your account, following the eligibility rules above.

5. Claim Window — The 50 consecutive losing trades must occur, and the claim must be submitted, within 2 months of completing the mentorship. Claims submitted after this window will not be honored.

6. Verification — You must provide complete trade history and/or broker statements covering the full claim period, sufficient to independently verify that all trades meet the risk and setup requirements above. Screenshots without verifiable broker data are not sufficient.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED

- Losses resulting from trades that exceed the 2% risk limit

- Losses resulting from strategies, indicators, or setups not taught in the mentorship

- Partial account losses (this policy covers full account loss over 50 consecutive losing trades only)

- Claims submitted outside the 2-month claim window

- Claims without complete, verifiable trade documentation

- Losses incurred before full completion of the 20-class curriculum

HOW TO SUBMIT A CLAIM

Contact ICT Scalper via WhatsApp (03136851782) within the 2-month claim window and provide your full trade history/broker statements. Claims will be reviewed manually against the eligibility requirements above. We aim to respond to all claims within [insert timeframe, e.g. 7 business days].

FINAL AUTHORITY

ICT Scalper reserves the right to make the final determination on refund eligibility based on the documentation provided and the terms outlined above. This policy applies only to the 1-on-1 Mentorship fee and does not apply to the Recorded Course or any other product.
